Well, let me clear a few things up,

This was my first 3d animation with almost close sync match up with the audio.

This took 1 1/2 months to create, this is in fact creating the model from scratch, UVW unwrapping it, finding the textures to get a decent looking trench coat and don't forget tea breaks.

The model looks shit, I know, but its pretty decent considering its going to be used once.

I used windows movie maker to edit this together, it crashed several times and now I invested my time into Sony Vegas.

I created this as a fan project too.

The voice was kind of annoying and the mini rants didn't make much sense imo

But other than those, just brush up the character and it could work.

To be honest, thats not bad for a first animation. Mine was a good deal worse haha. But yeah, drop that voice if you continue making these. Also, paint your weights better on his elbow

Actually pretty funny I thought, though for longer clips the voice could get annoying. Nice first model and textures.

Oh btw, I never said this was my first character model, I said it was my first that I used to sync up the audio with facial expressions.
