The gist of it was: In America it's now going to be illegal to anonymously harass, threaten, insult or otherwise 'annoy' people using telephones or anything involving the internet. That means if you flame someone you have to give them your full name. Ha! I propose we club together and create a file full of anonymous insults to Mr. Bush, roping in as many internet peoples from other sites as we can, and send it to him in protest!
