buy 6600 gt ? or keep 9600xt

currently i have 9600xt and im planning to upgrade my graphic card this xmas. i bought my 9600xt for around $200 CAD and im planning to sell it and get 6600gt it goes around for $250-300.
and according to http://www.anandtech.com/video/showdoc.aspx?i=2277&p=5
6600gt is much better than 9600xt for such a cheap price
so shud i get 6600gt or keep 9600xt?

Sure, if you have the money. If money is an issue, you are better off getting something better, or waiting for new cards to come out, and prices to go down.
