Buy Menu Problems

Ever since the last update my buy menu is screwed up. Whenever I try to go to a subsection (rifle, shotgun, etc) I get a blank page that I can not get out of. All keyboard commands dont work, which is why I cant take a picture of the problem. I can only get out of it by killing my character in the console. I have deleted all the content in my cstrike folder and the problem is still there. So I presume that the GCF is screwed. Before I reinstall though, I was wondering if anyone else has suffered from the same problem, and if there are any possible fixes for it.

sometimes my buy menu messes up just press 0 and it should exit out of the menu if u havent already tried that

I have pressed every key on the keyboard including 0, the menu does not respond at all. Only Console key works.

In Steam, right click Counter-Strike Source, go to Properties, then Local Files, click 'verify integrity of cache files'. If it's a problem with the GCF, that might fix it.
