buying a dell xps gen 5

hi im gonna buy a dell xps gen 5 cuz my dad works there are they good pcs?
im just gonna w8 untill they have the geforce 7800gtx to buy it
and probably with intels dual core processor
i just wanna hear some thoughts

XPS = Dells only good computer [for gaming]. You wont be mad at a decision to get an XPS, except they are a bit pricey as computers go.

As for the duel core, I wouldnt, I'd go with the equivilent AMD processor.

The xps? Its easy to upgrade, are you kidding? Its meant to be expandable. He already said his dad works at dell so I assume they'd get a hefty discount.

well, you'll spend more for parts generally, but I guess if his dad works there and he can get a discount it'd be ok.

Well, once AMD wins ths lawsuit, hopefully things will change.

Although I hope the best for your fathers job when AMD wins.
