Now can people tell me if my setup is -
#1 Functional
#2 Good

EDIT: If you can, can you tell me of a better deal so I can get this thing cheaper?

Not sure about motherboard, make sure you read reviews.

About OS check this out: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16832116202 this version is for system builders only, its like one CD one key, multiple Keys you must buy individually.
Basically they give you one CD key to build system with, after that you must call Microsoft or apply for CD key online, every time you build another system.
Its $119.99 and its full version of Vista Home Premium. Great way to save almost $100.00.
So check it out, This OS is what I build my system on and my sisters, when I build my systems I couldn't activate Vista since I had already activated Vista with my sisters system, so I had buy another Key online. Long story short you have one time to install and one time to activate which is all you need, and every time you activate Vista (Like reinstalling OS) it must be activated with the original system you activated with, like the XP OEM. First activation will take your hardware info and must be matched with CD key.
What I like about it the most is that OS do come with DVD decoder and mini Vista Media Center. Which I actually like much better than any other decoder or media player out there.

I like everything else in the collection.

Good Luck.

BIG YES. al put a gun on yar temple if I have to. :E
Its got everything Vista Retail version has all bells and whistles...Why spend $100.00 more for nothing?

True, I just thought that I should get the premium one because it was a shorter name and less confusing description.:D

That system is a nice setup. I want to say that I'm very proud of your for not picking a shitty, offbrand PSU. However, it is a bit overkill for your system. I would highly recommend something like this.

My budget is just about $1500 (Max $1600), so I'm not open to anything more expensive.

EDIT: I just was being careful, you don't know how much power a 8800 needs (And neither do I). I just was wondering if the card would fit into the mobo, and the RAM would fit, and everything would work, and if someone could suggest me a mobo that works with it all if it doesn't.
