Buying help?

Hey all Im getting ready to buy a new system and I want something top of the line.....Im am interested in building it myself....or going thru a small company for a pre built system. Ive come across ibuyingpower.com, cyberpowersystem.com and velocitymicro.com are any of these credible at all? Cause Im kinda noob on what to order on my own and how to put it all together!
