C++ for COMPLETE beginners (not for me ;) )

Hi,

My IT teacher wants to teach C++ to people, but wants a guide for COMPLETE beginners. Dos anyone know where I can get one (it's not for me, I know how to do C++ quite well).

OK, found a book which reviewers say is great for idiots, nad doesn't get you lost. It's called "Complete Idiot's Guide to C++"
