CAL is dead?

I tried logging onto the CAL website to see if I could maybe register for the next session of CS:S, and to my dismay found out that CAL was bought out and then shut down. Does anyone have any info of whether or not CAL will be brought back out of limbo? If not im gonna be pretty pissed.

im pretty sure its been dead for at least a year and a half.

Yeah, it's been gone for a while. They've been promising that nothing is wrong with the change of hands, and they would be back up the beginning of this year.
