Call me lazy but..

Please do list all of the "must-buy" games that have already come out. Haven't been following the recent releases much, and I'm just about finished my exams and about to get a new rig.

So far, I've played Far Cry 2 and CW, and that's about it. So, which are the absolute must-have PC games I've got to get? There's like so many right now, the new C&C game, Stalker (yes, I haven't played any of them), CODWAW and so many more...and I'm lost

World at War is definately NOT a must buy. It is a lazy rip off of CoD4 with all the poor game mechanics done in that game taken to the extreme in WaW.

Stalker is a must buy. This is a brilliant game. The only problem with it is that it isn't finished
The new C&Cs are not must buys.
