These couple of videos were posted on gametrailers.com today.

The game looks pretty solid. Nothing drastically different than what we've seen with the previous titles. There are some new graphical effects like depth of field and sun beams cast in indoor locations. It still looks kinda fun.

Scroll down a bit to the "Gameplay" section. I think the St. Malo video looks pretty sweet.

Man, those look guuuud. That St. Malo scenario looks like a crazy crazy time! Hopefully the gameplay is a little better than CoD2 though. I am a tad tired of that....

Graphics are nicer, gameplay looks the same. Might be fun to play on the Wii, though if I do get it it'll be for the PC.

It looks ... a lot like CoD2. That's not necessarily a bad thing, but the series is getting stale ... and it's part of a sub-genre that's been stale for a long time.

One of the things I don't get is the rarity of M rated WW2 games. It seems necessary, yet I think the only game to have done it so far is Brothers in Arms. Seeing countless people get shot with no blood, dismemberment, or realistic language just rings incredibly false and watered down. How many successful war movies have gotten a PG-13 rating?

In my opinion mowing down hundreads of humans without having to see the realistic results of such actions in a game with a realistic setting like WW2 is far more irresponsible than GTA. When you shoot, stab, run over, or bash your rifle over someones head they let out a yell and die cleanly and relatively peacefully. Showing the reality of war and lowering the stupidly high death counts to more realistic levels (and not making the player character more powerful than Duke Nukem) would add a lot to both the atmosphere and the gameplay of these games.

That game looked almost exactly like COD2, gameplay and graphic wise.

It's console only :p

Nice videos. Gameplay looks crazy. And some nice graphical additions to an engine that already looked pretty nice.

Which is partially why I play Red Orchestra!

The CoD games are like Bruckheimer films. The same shit every year, but with prettier visuals.

Looks good and all but i think those guys needs a lesson in realism. I dont think a guy that just got shot with a M1 Grand right in his stomach would continue running and shoting as if he never where shot. Also i think they are over exagurating, it dont think it really was such action filled war like that. Ofcorse it was in that level but soldiers wouldnt run on the open street when MG42s in every window pointing at them...it just looks plain stupid. I also sense no fear in the soldiers, why not just call them Terminators?

These guys gotta stop doing the same thing over and over again, Valve didnt copy hl1 when they did hl2, they brought it to a new level, a new world instead of keeping it in lab corridors.

The game also seems to be to much of a Console feel (maybe cause its only for consoles). You know what im talking about, when you just run around shoting at everything and it feels like your really driving a car with a gun instead of actually walking with 2 feets, seriously, add a motor engine sound in the background and the game will be called "Call Of Duty: Tank Drivers" :/, where are the feets? Where are the gun swaying in your hands? Dark Messaiah did this PERFECT, you really feel like you have 2 feets when you walk but in console games it just feels like you are hovering :/
