However, with the merger Activision Blizzard now has access to UMG (Universal Music Group) which means Guitar Hero has a bigger library to choose songs from.

On a more serious note, I hope Infinity Ward is developing CoD 5

What you have to note is how old the articles are...the second one is from May...I dont think they were expecting the huge boost CoD4 got, and hopefully will be smart enough to stick with Infinity Ward and let them do it their way...

In the "Nay" article it says Infinity Ward is not making it. This means CoD5 is in development, but by Treyarch instead.

In the second article it says that it will be futuristic, which means that IW is making CoD6 which will be out in two years and be futuristic combat.
