Can anyone help me find a singer?

A few months ago I heard this song on the radio, I think it was a country music station. I think the name was "Won't Back Down". It had the same lyrics as the Tom Petty song but from looking at Youtube, it wasn't Petty, Johnny Cash or Fuel. It's been driving me nuts, can anyone help?

A quick google search only turned up this, everything else was Fuel, Tom Petty or Johnny Cash.

Maybe you should try youtubing or google videoing The Tri-Five? :O
