Can anyone help me out?

Hey fellas. Wondering if there are any good GFX card modders out there? I have my G4 ti 4200 bt Evga and I the right kind of heatsink and I can't seem to cut it right (let alone cut it at all) for the memory chips on my card. Does anyone have a spare heatsink around that they could cut up for me? And maybe send it in an envelope? Help would be greatly appreciated! If you think you can do it with ease and would like to do it for me.... I'll give you measurements of the memory and how many are on there.
