Note: For those who aren't familiar with RapidShare, just scroll to the bottom and hit 'Free' to download.

Anyways, this composition was used by someone here as backing music for a movie they had made with HL2.

So, if you know the name of this composition/its origin/whatever, please post :)

It's a little long-winded having to download files, i think you'll get more people listening if you put the file on put-file.com and give us the link to stream it, as it will be quicker. (And many people, including myself get problems with rapidshare, i'm not sure why)

hmmm this is questionable in nature any how, seeing that this is this chaps first post and all, and he is requesting we download ze unknown file?

Ohhhhhhhhhhhh, hotdamnit I know this one. And just recently I heard it and thought ''WHAT MOVIE IS THIS FROM?'' and then I saw the movie shortly after that.

But alas, it has escaped my mind now. Time to think, because I do really like this song.

EDIT: Pretty sure its on an advert, too. Maybe for a game. LOTR keeps coming to mind.

This song is used a lot... all kinds of adverts, shows, etc. Sounds like something from the history channel.

I recognize the bit from about 45 seconds in. Maybe the Equilibrium or Batman Begins movie or something.

Sounds like something Hans Zimmer has done for a movie. I listened to some trailers for the films he's done the music for and it sounds like a similar sort of style to him.

I think it's from the Requiem for a Dream soundtrack.

I think it's from the Requiem for a Dream soundtrack.

Yes it is. In fact, I believe it's the main theme music from the movie.

However, I have read that this music was also used in the Two Towers.

Anyways, thanks for the help everyone!

Edit: The version I posted was the Two Towers version, which has been dubbed Requiem for a Tower.
