Can I skin without the SDK?

u can skin it, but u wont be able to import the texture.

welll you wont be able to skin it very well as u need the model to preview how ur texture is woirking and for that u need the sdk and i think u need to get the flats out to skin in the first place so the answer is NO.
get a friend to export the model ...thats all u need ...well that and texporter to export the flats.
