"can not connect to master game server"

WTF? I've been having this problem for days now and cant get any answer from the clowns at valve/steam or whatever name they are going by this week....anyone know whats causing this? Internet connection is working just fine, and its the same thing w/ and w/o firewalls on/off.

Well if you've e-mailed then or posted on the forum you're unlikely to get help unless you've first of all read this page which is specific to the problem you're having and explains what might be causing it.
