Can Someone Give Me Their Client Registry.blob?

Can anyone send me their Client Registry.blob file? My Steam will not update itself and if someone sends me theres it should forego this process. Can someone help me out or possibly give me another solution to my problem? Plese send the file to [email protected]

just delete your one and it'll get a new one.
