Hi, could someone help me? i bought the retail version of counter strike source with hl2 deathmatch and dod source. when i installed it, it said in steam Pre-load complete.
ive asked steam why this has happened and ive got no reply so far. please help.

Try restarting Steam.

If that doesn't work,
make sure your CD key is activated onto steam.
