Can someone tell me how to get into the timing configuration to fix my problem?

i have the "read error" problem and i need a quick answer..can anyone tell me how to get into the timing configuration so i can reduce my memory timing in the FSB...please dont tell me "youll know if your timing is too fast" i just want to know how to do it...thanks
