Cannot connect to multipalyer games *HELP*

When Im on my desktop, I can find a normal amount of servers for any steam game. However, when I join a server, it fails after 4 retries like it cant get internet. Then, when I close that and I am in the game's menu, I cant find any servers and my community doesnt connect.

So basically, my internet doesnt work while I have an online game open, like tf2 and css.

Any ideas?
