Cannot connect to remote console...

Hi all, I'm a new member of this forum and I hope to receive some sort of help to my problem

I have installed my CS:Source server on a linux machine and my start line is:
./srcds_run +ip **** +port 27015 +map de_dust2 -console -autoupdate

Anyway if I join the server and open console , after any command I type, I receive this message:
"unable to connect to remote server (IP ****)"

Any one can help me?

I have always used rcon_password password...
Then if I type a command I always get "unable to connect to remote server (IP****)"

Bug

Its a Bug. I have this problem on almost all css servers i run (8) it gets worked up after random time (sometines after several days sometimes after just some minutes).
It only seems to happen as far as i noticed if there are players on the server.
It is not a dist. problem because i used some fresh imaged servers with various dist. installed for my tests.
Though once it happens it does not disappear if the server is empty.
The only way to fix it is to restart the server, meaning to kill it and restart, a _restart does not solve the problem in any case.
I hope some Valve guys are browsing this forum from time to time because this needs to be adressed fast!
