Cant delete file - Ideas?

Hai guys

I'm having trouble deleting an Image file ( .iso ). i can't delete it now, or in safe mode. Any ideas why? + How could I?

Have you tried deleting it from command?

Is it in use? Mounted?

Grab hijack this and have it delete on restart.

It's not in use, just sitting there. I used Magic Iso and burned a copy of it to a DVD, but I'm not using the DVD at the moment. I'll try Hijack This - And how do I delete it from command prompt?

Start > run > cmd

Browse to the folder you want (use the command cd to change folders; cd .. goes up one folder)

Then type "del filename" without the quotes.
