for the last few days, i cant dl anything that takes more than 5 min. bittorrent still works, but nothing else. i have tried ie, firefox, and msn, all freeze after 5 min worth of downloading, of ANY file type, from any website. is this through my isp (verizon) or is this a personal compy problem?
edit: when i mean i cant dl anything, the dl will freez at say, 18 min left, and then will just freeze. still displays how fast it should be going (20kb/s), but there is no progress
