Cant find GFCScape! help

I googled it but all sites point to the authors site which downloads page is not working (or is my browser dumb?):

its not that hard to find, I downloaded a week or two ago and I found an alternative download to nemesis's pretty fast.

How come after I install it, I just get this error message...'failed to initialise correctly'?
