Can't format my drive

I've formatted my drive and one day I decided to delete the partrition. Anyway, now it won't format at all. Anyone have any idea as to what's causing this or should I just have it RMA'd?

are you formatting by manually doing it through the c drive options or by reinstalling windows
if its the former make sure you have administrator priviledges
if its the latter there is an option in the BIOS that you may have to change
