cant get my settings rite

lo all i know before i start there are a lot of post about rates but mine is more specific youll see what i mean
all the posts i can find tell you how to set your rates up for 1mb and 2mb connections where as i have a 10mb connection now.
i spent quite a while setting up my rates and such for a 1mb connection and now i have the upgrade i cant seem to get it done properly for my 1mb connection i had 100 100 25000
any suggestions on a starting point for a 10mb connection?
i get 60fps my average ping is 25

If you get some choke make the rate higher

Well the server only sends out the max for about 1 - 2mb/s. So having 10mb won't do you much good unless they update the servers to send out more packets.

so it you leave it at cl_cmdrate 100 cl_updaterate 100 rate 25000 you'll get the best reg because you're maxing out the server.

By the way: That's just what I've heard. Correct me if I'm wrong

you might get choke with very high updaterates and cmdrates, set it to 100. If you choke, drop it a bit. Experiment with this and rate until you have the settings as high as possible with no choke or problems.
