Can't install the Painkiller demo

[Prince of China]

Whenever I try to install-it goes up to about 99% but then seems to take a long time trying to install this:
D:\Program Files\DreamCatcher\Painkiller SP Demo\Data\Movies\nvidia.bik

Can anyone help me?

Probaly corrupted file.
Try d/l it again.
It happens mostly when you pause it with a d/l manager.
