In Benefators, I cant access through a force field. the only other way would be to jump over a barrier towards a beam... can anyone help

So many people have had this problem its weird
Solutions
- Reload the last savepoint or restart the chapter
- grab a computer off the wall and use it as a ramp
- cheat and use noclip briefly
- scream and shout til the game does as you say

Thanks, I started again through New Game, clicked on Benefactors and started the episode again. Could jump just like magic.....Now blasting again.
