Just got my computer back from a lan the other night and after having it in offline mode for a bit, I connected the net and now can't connect to my account.
It starts the whole connecting thing, then freezes and goes to the login screen. Once I enter username and password it keeps saying connecting until finally it goes with the "Steam can't connect, something wrong with network blah blah blah". I can log in to my account on the community page, and I can change my password and all that jazz... it's just steam itself.
I have firewall off, no viruses thus far... any suggestions?
EDIT: I'm a twat, reinstalling steam did the trick ~_~
