Can't post on steampowered forums

Everytime i try to post or make a new topic on the steampowered forums, i get the following message.

"1.You do not have permission to access the page that you were trying to. Are you trying to edit someone else's post or trying to access administrative features? Check that you are allowed to perform this action in the Forum Rules.

2.If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

My account has been activated, and i have not been banned. Ive also tried making numerous other accounts and i get this same thing everytime. It is really annoying because i would like to post on their forums. Anyone have any ideas? Ive also tried PM'ing the moderators at the forum but i get the same freakin message

Did you ever do anything to get Mods or Admins on steam forums mad?

No, ive never been able to post a single message on the forum. So i couldn't have made them mad, because i have not said anything! and if even for some reason they've banned my IP, i have tried by using a different one. So that couldn't be it

Contact or email one of the Mods or Admins on the Steam forums.

lol, well do you think someone could give me one of the admins email address? because when i click on email Better|Off|Dead,who is a moderator, i get that message :angry:

maybe your IP has been blocked or something, if its dialup its possible, or maybe a range has been cause of a lot of people getting annoying from the same ISP.

server problems, software problems, local ISP problems, overzealous IP banning, forgotton posts thats annoying mods in the past and so on. Could be anything.

Lets be honest, it's not worth the trouble trying to go there. It's hell
