Can't Preload Hl2

Hello. I have just installed steam in order to download HL2, but, when i go to play games and right click on HL2, there is no pre-load option, only purchase or news, but it should be {it's stated like that in FAQ}, so the question is, WHERE ,then, can i download HL2 via steam
