When you start up your computer, enter the BIOS setup by clicking del.
Once in the BIOS menu find the menu that contains "AGP Aperature Size."
If you have it set to something like 32 (Like me then this is the culprit.)
The rule of thumb is to have it set to double the amount of MB of your Video card. I.E. Set it to 512 if your video card is 256MB. My video card is 256 but my motherboard only allowed it to be set to max of 256 so I left it there and now no problems whatsoever. GL and tell me if it helped you.
