Can't select player model in HL MP?

Anyone else have this problem in the options screen? It has a place for you username, then below it has the model you want to use, the drop down menu on mine is blank...

I've been getting that too, since the Steam beta. No idea what causes it or how to fix it.

if you have original HL installed try putting the models folder to [email protected]ess\half-life\valve

should work

Well I found a fix for mine... The models aren't listed in the option's menu, but all the models are in the cached file so there is no need to copy and paste your old serria/hl/models folder into steam..

While in game, go to the console and type "models", minus quotes, and type the models you want. (i.g. scientist, hgrunt, gina, barney ect.)

Hope that helps, anything is beter then seeing 25 gordon's running around.
