cant set my agp speed

hmm hi guys, i have an ASUS P4PE LAN intel 845PE chipset mobo
and an x800 pro, but when i look at smartgart, i cant set fastwrite on and i cant turn on 4x agp, and i know that my mobo supports atleast 4x agp

Not familar with smartgart but have you selected 4x in your motherboard bios , Failing that try reinstall your chipset drivers.

hmm done that yes, but i just dont know, because in smartgart settings, you only can turn it on if your computer stays stable, but this is kinda weird because when i had my radeon9500 i could turn everything on :S

but in my bios my agp speed is 4x..

Have you installed the most current drivers for your motherboard and video card? Or just the ones that came on the cds?
