I was really surprised at the car physical damage, I thought it was just going to be the standard GTA style of 'damage areas' but it's actually really dynamic, it reacts correctly to any contact.

The other day I was driving a Patriot, rolled it and slid on its side into a telephone post, it made a dent right across the roof of the car and bent the T-frame. Also went over a huge ramp with an estate car, smashed the front up and it locked one of the wheels so it didn't rotate. Was so stunned at how I knackered the wheel/suspension from a hard landing. :E

It's pretty impressive.

I like how easily you can tell the difference between paint scratches, bullet holes and buckshot damage - all of which look great.

I had an explosion go off next to a car before which buckled the wheels to the point where it could only amble forward at less than walking speed. It wasn't smoking and still started just fine, it was just the way the chassis distorted.

I love the way the damage looks and feels. I just hate it when I am trying to blow a car up and just as it starts smoking, the engine won't start. ;(
