Case cooling

any tips on the whole genre i kinda resorted too 2x 50p fans sucking out, whilst having taken off cd drive covers so i have a hole in the front of my case

cpu it at 43 on idle
hdd 36
gfx 40

is this bad? im not really very clued up on what temps hardware can withstand
