Be sure to bench before and after and post your results. Don't use an old bench for the before; redo it!

Hopefully the performance increases they claim in the release notes don't come at a cost to IQ.

I'm sure as hell not goin to go through all the trouble of benching it, but I saw fairly drastic increases in framerate in a few games, most notably Halo. I had just finished it yesterday again and decided to try it with the newer drivers, and it was much more pleasent.

EDIT: Fixed...just needed a simple reboot.
