CC Error? NO!!!!!!

Well since CS:S beta is opened for CZ owners in about 6 minutes, I want to buy it so I can be part of the band-wagon. Well it looks like steam is gay so no CS:S for me!

Anyone else getting this/happen to know what's goin on?
