CD/DVD Drive First Boot sector

Hey, i posted a while ago about my new mobo being FU****.

I got a reply from ocuk and they say that i have to set the DVD.CD drive as the first boot sector and then insert the windows disk inorder to install windows.

This is my problem:THIS

This was the reply i got

You have auto BIOS flash enabled in the BIOS - You need to turn it off and set
the CD/DVD drive that the windows disc is in as the first boot device.

Anyone know how to?

P.S i cannot enter BIOS as i cant hit del for even any Fkeys
