CD-Key

I had half life 2 installed some time ago.
But my computer was crashed.
And now i try to install half life 2 again, but the computer says that the CD-Key code is already in use.

Can somebody help me with this problem??????

Log into the Steam account you created when you first installed Half Life 2 your CD key is tied to it.

of COURSE it's already in use. it has been tied to an account. YOUR account. the one you made to install the game "some time ago". log into THAT account. DONT make another one. as you have discovered, making another account doesnt work.
