CD Ripper

I'd like to rip my CD collection to MP3 so I can put it on shuffle while I'm bummin round on the net. Simple question - what's the best program to use for this? I don't mind if it's shareware or trial or whatever.

Really? I want to rip to MP3, I thought that only did .wmv?

I use CDex, it will rip and then find the name of the song.
