make sure the Master and Slave jumpers are correct
and are those virtual CD Drives, if so, try disabling them altogether

i disabled those NERO Drivers, and yeah the master and slave jumper are perfect :(

well, we want to identify it its windows being a prick or if its maybe a hardware issue

this started yesterday night.. so im guessing windows is acting gay :( :( :(

as soon as you turn on ur computer, press delete and go into the BIOS.
can you see your CD-ROM and DVD drives there, and does it identify them properly?

Check the power connectors on both inside. Just push the wires in to make sure there is contact.
