cd rom problem?

help! i cant install WoW. when i put in the first cd it says something like it could have a scratched or dirty cd rom because it cant find a file. but i installed WoW like 5 times before (i was having other problems i fixed). i tried my friend's WoW cd but it did the samething. help please!

buy a new one they are cheap as chips anyway...failing that if u r using a copied disk it may have gone corrupt. it does happen
