Cellphone hate (revisited)

Well, here we go again. Today I was expecting a very important call from my girlfriend. I put the phone in front of a window for maximum reception. So I'm sitting there the whole evening, waiting for the call. At about this time I began wondering why she isn't calling .. maybe she forgot about me. I decided to go check if the reception was still good and then ...

Much to my horror I see "1 missed call" .. I check the name .. It's her .. I check the time 1 hours ago .. ahhhh! WTF??? Why did it do this to me now? :flame: :flame: :flame:

My whole family confirmed they didn't hear any phone ring during that time. And the reception was good. I tried calling it from my home phone - worked like a charm.

So in conclusion - Nokia phones are garbage. Thank you.

Is the service T-mobile? I have t mobile and service SUCKS. Even on my phone when it says i have excellent service, ill get disconnected or miss a call. Im switching over to nextel this x-mas.

I agree with what people are saying here. But the most important, and maybe scary thing, that woman will treat your like a dog. I hate that thing about women, you are trying to help them, and if you don’t control them sometimes, they are find you boring. But if you control them too much they whine how much abuse there is in this world. I hate the way women think, I hate it so freaking much. Jesus, it’s like we are two different species.

Mr.Reak, you have earned my respect once again. I should have listened to your warnings about women being weird and unpredicatable.

So I go on a "date" today. And guess what she does .. she brings her phycho (female) friend along. Without telling me. I was so baffled by this I could hardly keep the car on the road. Bascially there wasn't much "date" in this date cause her friend kept talking all the time. WTF is this???

Man! She really has you under the thumb!

Nokia phones arent garbage unless they're on a garbage network. I have had 5 nokia's in the last 4 years and they've all be very good (all on the vodafone network).

lmao...i have those same problems with nextel...it all depends on your area...and whatever cell phone company you pick is just the lesser of all the evils...but if you need one you need one.

i'm an electrical engineering student and i've taken a bunch of physics classes, so i know it depends on weather conditions, tower quality, maintenance, call volumes...i could go on.

in my area, t-mobile seems to be better than nextel (friends who have it never drop calls), but in yours it might be the other way around...you just have to know some people who have the service you're looking for.

around here with nextel, i get rings for my voicemail when i never heard a ring...and i'll be sitting next to my phone the whole time...so horrible :\
