Change your system clock for CS:S

If you are wondering what time it is in PST then simply double left click your clock (on the right at the bottom of your desktop). In the dialog that opens, click the Time Zones tab and select Pacific Time. Then click OK and your clock should show VALVe time.

No more guessing now :afro:
