Changing locations

Ok I lived in Vegas for a year, now I moved to CA. I dont know how to change locations. I want to do this because I want to get ragdoll kungfoo. But i'm worrie that they will send it there! I would really liek some help please.

You can't get a physical copy of the game; you can only download it through steam.

I know, but I dont know how steam uses it's magic. I put in creditcard number and stuff. Then they email it or somthing using the "internet"?

No they upload the files to your computer and you just update it, so its automatically stored on your computer, i think thats how it works anyway ...
