Character's Mouths don't move when talking

Can someone help me? I am experiencing problems when playing the game where the characters mouths do not move when they talk. It is kind of strange. I was wondering if there was a way to fix it or if I just have to live with it.

they dont move atall, anytime watsover..? ive had a similar problem,, but only occassionally, their scripting messes up, which means somethings changed... any mods added recently..? changes to the running properties of the game, its almost untraceable as far as I can see, no point poking around to try and fix it, reinstall seems a sensible option.

no, nobody's mouth moves at all at any time whatsoever. the only time anyones mouth has moved in my game was in the beginning when g-man was talking. I haven't added any mods. I just got the game yesterday and I am planning on reinstalling it when I get home.
well.....I have messed around in the console. would that do anything?

yeh, that might mess a few things up , if you cant fix it, google your problem , thats sure to come up with idea's

crap....it didn't work. meh.....I guess I'll just wait for the XBox version to come out. :hmph:

p.s. does anyone know when the XBox version is coming out??

Have you tried validating your game files? If you haven't click here. Its kinda lame that people don't always post this to help people and 80% of the time its the solution. Instead people sometimes blame video cards and ram or sometimes they recomend re-installing, which is not necessary. And I don't think it can be anything you changed to the console, most of the time those changes you make revert back the next time you play the game.

Well, if that is what it gives you then there is a good chance that you pirated the game. Either that, or you didn't have steam open.
