CharacterSkin Probs????

Every so often whilst playing CS:S all the players appear black with flashes of green instead of the how they should any advice

SPECS:
SONY VAIO PCG-K315B
RADEON IGP 345M GPX CARD
Pentium 4 2.93Ghz
Any advice would be appriciated

try updating your drivers, if not try validating your steam files.
