Trailer:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZJDHdCqxiw8
Looks kind of cool. It's gonna be a 6-part show focused around a zombie apocalypse that happens whilst some contestants are inside of the Big Brother house. Don't take that as the rest of the world is dead and a couple of people are gonna live on in the house as the world crumbles, as the trailer shows only briefly actual Big Brother like scenes. I'm quite excited at the chance to see the people that line the walkways getting munched on, as well as Davina whatsherface. I've heard a few jokes and ''wouldn't it be cool'' lines that often involve some people going into the Big Brother house and coming out to an apocalyse so I'm fairly interested to see it portrayed by a writer I like.
I'm quite looking forward to because it's a) Brooker and b) something seemingly quite unique for E4 what with the zombies n' all. Also, zombies.

Brooker told MediaGuardian.co.uk he expected it to comprise a "mixture of known and less well known faces". Brooker said of his new series: "Dead Set is very different to anything I've done before, and I hope the end result will surprise, entertain and appal people in equal measure." He added that he has long been a fan of horror films and that his new series "could not be described as a comedy". "I couldn't really describe what it is but it will probably surprise people," Brooker said, adding that he plans to "continue as normal" with his print journalism.
